Relationship Therapy
For Couples and Multi-Partnered Relationships
Often our greatest joys and our greatest heartbreaks occur within relationships. Therapy can help us to gain insight into our relationship dynamics and learn to better manage conflict. We can practice listening to each member of a relationship and cut to the core of what each person needs and values. Counseling can help us to address many of the challenges that arise in relationships and help us to determine how to move forward. Some examples of what we can tackle are; stress, communication, betrayal, intimacy, major life changes, grief, and how to dissolve a relationship if needed.
I offer non-judgemental relationship counseling to folks who are participating in a variety of relationship structures and styles. Whether you are monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, a relationship anarchist, or hierarchical, in a couple, triad, or polycule all are welcome and will be supported with enthusiasm and curiosity.
